A dense busway consists of busbars, busbar supports, insulators, housing, fasteners, etc., with the busbars tightly arranged and assembled, insulated by insulating materials.
Structural Features
Excellent heat dissipation capability: The phases are tightly bonded together, as well as with the shell, thus capable of withstanding higher electrical and thermal stresses. It can rapidly dissipate the heat generated by the conductive bars, with high current carrying capacity. The joints are securely fastened with insulating bolts, and dual-connected copper bars are used, effectively increasing the contact area of the joints and significantly reducing the temperature rise at the joint location.
Flexible wiring: The plug interface setup is versatile and convenient, allowing for a large number of ports, with strong compatibility. When adjusting the location of electrical equipment, there's no need to alter the power supply system.
Suitable for three-phase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems with a frequency of 50-60Hz and rated currents ranging from 250 to 5000A, this power supply system is applicable for distribution and supply use in industrial and mining enterprises, institutions, and high-rise buildings.
