Fire-resistant busway consists of a shell coated with fire-resistant paint, insulated busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and supports made from fire-resistant insulating materials. The supports are equipped with multiple grooves, where the busbars are inserted and secured. At one end of the busway, there is a busway junction box, and within the busway, there is a busbar branching box. The fire-resistant busway boasts excellent insulation properties, allowing continuous use in both normal and fire conditions for over an hour, making it suitable for high-rise buildings and critical facilities, where it can replace fire-resistant cables for power and distribution. It refers to the fire main that can maintain circuit integrity under flame conditions and also meets sprinkler requirements.
Structural Performance:
1. Employed a reasonable "sandwich" phase wire tightly overlaid structure design, with a compact busbar channel shape and small volume. The busbar system boasts advantages such as low impedance, reduced voltage, and excellent dynamic and thermal stability.
2. The housing is composed of cold-formed thin steel profiles. The side panels feature an innovative double-layer honeycomb structure, which effectively prevents high-temperature gases or open flame from directly entering the busway interior. The surface of the busway housing is galvanized and coated with fire-retardant paint (the paint expands rapidly at a geometric rate on the busway surface when exposed to fire, forming a dense carbonized insulating layer, sealing all gaps in the busway housing to prevent high temperatures from entering the interior of the busway).
3. The connectors use fire-resistant insulation components, ensuring reliable and convenient connections.
