Metal-free busway trunking, made by blending special composite resins with quantitatively selected mixed materials to form high-performance insulating material, directly cast and sealed with copper busbars. No air gaps, no chimney effect; busbar burrs or overloads will not cause short circuits.
Waterproof busway, also known as resin-injected busway.
I. Application Scope
The FSC series waterproof busway is suitable for power distribution systems with rated voltages below 750V, rated working currents of 250-7500A, and frequencies of 50-60Hz.
Section 2: Structural Performance
1. The waterproof busway employs a rational "sandwich" phase wire closely stacked structure design, making the busway more compact in shape, smaller in volume, and enhancing the dynamic and thermal stability of the bus system, offering the advantages of low impedance and reduced voltage.
2. The housing is made of unsaturated polyester resin and inorganic materials such as asbestos, fully cast. The resin is enhanced with light stabilizers and flame retardants. A metallic housing can also be added, which increases the impact resistance and service life of the busbar system.
3. Utilize "Y"-shaped waterproof connectors for reliable and convenient connections.
Section 3: Insulation Configuration
The JYMF series waterproof busway insulating medium primarily uses high-grade insulating material—polyester imide, with an insulation grade of H and an insulation aging life of over 50 years.
IV. Main Technical Parameters
1. Waterproof busway trunking with IP67 protection rating, resistant to wave impact and long-term submersion, safe and practical for outdoor, underwater, and corrosive gas environments. Once properly installed and used, no maintenance is required.
2. The busbar system can withstand a 3750V AC withstand voltage for 1 minute without any breakdown or flashover phenomena.
3. The busbar system, when operating under rated current for an extended period, shall not exceed the following temperature rises: at the connection terminals: 60K, on the metal housing: 30K, and on the surface of the insulating components within the slots: 40K.
