Product Features
· Self-developed QMS3D-F software, compatible with new Windows systems, easy to operate with extensive features. Standard equipment includes a custom industrial high-definition digital camera with high color fidelity and the ability to switch between full-screen image views. The electronic feedback lens ensures precise optical magnification, with programmable and knob-adjustable lighting functions. The software can assist in dimming, allowing for more precise control of light intensity and helping users determine if the light is over-saturated. The dual-laser pointer for locating and measuring parts results in more accurate measurements, effectively improving efficiency; also suitable for high-complexity and challenging measurements.
Achieve high-level auxiliary measurement
Reserved fixture hole positions for easy installation of various fixtures;栅格尺 resolution is 0.5 um.
Both hardware and software feature a one-touch reset function.
Connect to traditional foot switches to enhance measurement efficiency, and also (custom software) can achieve sending data to ERP or MES to improve data transfer efficiency.
