Hengze Environmental Protection Technology in Shangqiu is a professional organization in China dedicated to the recycling of waste resources (waste plastics, waste rubber, aluminum-plastic, circuit boards, waste engine oil). The company is located in Shangqiu, Henan, with convenient transportation and rapid economic development. After years of technical breakthroughs, we have developed intermittent, semi-continuous, and 24-hour full-continuous pyrolysis equipment, complete with a full set of desulfurization and denitrification systems and on-line monitoring dust removal systems, as well as a carbon black vacuum air conveyance collection system.
Batch cracking equipment can process up to 5-15 tons daily. Fully automatic continuous cracking equipment can handle 20-100 tons daily, and the equipment meets emission standards. The company's small skid-mounted (1-3 tons) cracking equipment and distillation units are easy to operate. The distillation units use fully automatic PLC or DCS control systems for continuous operation, with a daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons.

2. Equipment for raw material processing
Scrap tires (including tires and rim for various machinery); scrap rubber, shoe soles, inner tubes, ordinary cable sheath, bicycle and motorcycle tires; scrap plastic; scrap PMMA acrylic sheets, PE, PP, PS (high price, generally used for granulated plastic) and various scrap nylon products. PVC and PET are not suitable; aluminum-plastic; oil sludge and other hazardous waste.

Feeding System: Waste tires, plastic, and oil sludge raw materials are fed mechanically through a hydraulic feeding machine, saving labor and time.
Cracking Main Vessel System: Utilizes 15CrMo or Q345R or stainless steel composite plates to meet the varying cracking temperatures required for different raw materials.
Cooling System: Equipped with a dual-inlet and dual-outlet integrated cooling system, boasting a cooling area of up to 90 square meters, capable of meeting the daily processing demand for 15 tons of raw materials.
Safety System: Equipped with a double water-seal system, fire arrester, explosion-proof valves, and an electrical cabinet alarm device for enhanced safety operation.
Dust Removal System: Equipped with desulfurization, denitrification, and electrostatic dust removal systems in accordance with varying smoke exhaust policies in different regions to meet emission standards and environmental protection requirements.
Vacuum Adsorption System: The vacuum adsorption system equipped in the system ensures a more airtight and clean carbon black output, reducing dust pollution.
