2 Generator Load Test Control Requirements

Loading Methods: Offers both local and remote loading methods. The load site is equipped with a local control panel and divided into several power levels, which can be manually adjusted through switches for loading control. Remote loading is controlled via data management software on a computer to achieve all testing functions, display, record, and manage test data, generate charts and test reports, and supports printing. The load control PLC is equipped with Ethernet communication, and the乙方 provides an I/O variable table, allowing the甲方 to integrate it into a control computer for remote loading control.

DC Load Control: Equipped with a continuous loading method in 20 steps, ranging from 1W, 2W, 2W, 5W, 10W, 20W, 20W, 50W, 100W, 200W, 200W, 500W, 1kW, 2kW, 2kW, 4kW, 5kW, 5kW, 10kW - independently controllable or in coordination.

Protection Functions: Over-voltage, over-temperature, current exceeding (value can be modified), mandatory (protection) alarm required.

Display Function: DC voltage, DC current, and power display required when the generator is loaded.
