I. Product Overview
VILVA-RLC AC/Three-Phase Reactance-Inductive-Capacitive Load Box, with power input using stepped combination control, unified stepped power input, resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads can be freely combined, supports sudden addition/sudden removal. The resistive load operates in a power-consuming mode, with forced air-cooling for heat dissipation, ensuring the reliability of constant power discharge. The new power consumption components are produced with independent intellectual property rights, featuring high power density and no red-hot phenomena. Overheat protection function, even in the unexpected situation of the fan not running, overheating and burning will not occur, ensuring safety and long lifespan. The inductive load reactor uses high-silicon-oriented silicon steel sheets.
Utilizing GB/T3667-2005 certified CBB capacitors, these capacitors feature compact size, light weight, excellent electrical performance with minimal loss, and good self-healing properties. They are equipped with a pressure-activated explosion-proof device for safe operation, ensuring that capacitance and reactance remain unchanged during long-duration loading tests. They meet the full-load testing requirements for photovoltaic inverters, residential energy storage inverters, and outdoor mobile energy storage systems. These are essential testing tools for production workshops, laboratories, installation and debugging, as well as scientific research and development.

The fan utilizes a small axial flow fan, featuring high air volume, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise.
Equipped with over-temperature automatic alarm protection: In case of overheating due to special reasons, the load can be automatically disconnected to ensure safe operation.
Fans automatically start during loading and delay automatically stop after unloading.
Self-developed new power consumption alloy resistors with high power density, no red hot phenomenon, and long service life.
Communication Interface: Ethernet, (Reserved 485 interface, compliant with Modbus-RTU: for customer self-developed software);
The software can set the required power value, automatically calculate and select the appropriate power level.
