Features of WQ Non-Clogging Sewage Pump
1. Strong effluent capability, no clogging.
2. Reasonably designed, with a small motor power, it offers significant energy-saving effects.
3. Utilizes wear-resistant mechanical seals.
4. Compact structure, easy to move, simple installation, no need for a pump house, reducing construction costs.
5. Operates over the full range of speeds without overloading the motor.
6. The centerline of the inlet and outlet is aligned, allowing for direct installation at any point on the pipeline.
WQ Non-clogging Sewage Pump Main Application
Industrial wastewater discharge.
2. Urban wastewater treatment plant discharge system.
3. Residential area sewage pumping stations.
4. Subway, basement, and civil air defense drainage stations.
5. Hotel and high-rise building wastewater discharge.
6. Discharge of slurry in municipal engineering and construction sites.
7. Livestock farm wastewater discharge and rural agricultural irrigation.
8. Self-contained water supply unit for waterworks.
9. Mine exploration and water treatment equipment packages.
10. Water supply and drainage for hydraulic engineering.
WQ Non-Clogging Sewage Pump Operating Conditions
The medium transported does not exceed 80 degrees Celsius.
2. The medium's density ranges from 1 to 1.3 Kg/dm3 for conveyance.
3. The pump is primarily made of cast iron and is not suitable for transporting highly corrosive liquids.
4. When the pump is in operation, the surrounding area should be well-ventilated.
5. 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel material is suitable for conveying various corrosive liquids.

Cautionary Notes:
No dry running allowed; liquid level must not be below 3/4 of the pump height (except for internal circulation cooling pumps).
2. After installation, test the machine and pay attention to the current. If the current is too high, reduce the valve to control the flow rate or contact the manufacturer for measures (usually due to an excessive selection of pump head and flow rate).
3. Immediately shut down and promptly remove any large fiber entanglements, such as aquatic weeds, from the impeller.
4. In high-corrosive liquid operations, if conditions permit, the pump should be removed from the water surface for extended periods of shutdown.
5. High-power submersible pumps avoid frequent startups; the self-coupling step-down starting method has an interval time of no less than 15 minutes per start.
6. Do not pull or tug on the cables when handling water pumps.
7. Oil chamber-equipped pump, oil change interval: every/6 months
8. Medium temperature should be less than 60°C.
9. Special application conditions require communication with our technical department to determine selection, material, and configuration plans.
