Cast Iron Flat Plate Maintenance

1To prevent deformation of the cast iron plate, when lifting the cast iron plate, use four identical-length steel wire ropes to simultaneously hang onto the four lifting holes on the cast iron plate, and securely hoist the cast iron plate onto the transportation vehicle.

2Ensure cast iron plate support points are properly padded and leveled, with even distribution of force at each support point, resulting in a stable cast iron plate overall.

3Ensure that the iron cast flat plate is properly installed by using adjusting pads to securely and firmly support all the plate's support points, and then adjust the iron cast flat plate to the required precision by a technician.

4Handle workpieces gently when using cast iron plates; avoid moving rough workpieces on the cast iron plate to prevent磕碰, scratches, or other damage to the working surface.

5To prevent overall deformation of the cast iron plate, remove the workpiece from the cast iron plate after use to avoid prolonged pressure from the workpiece causing deformation of the cast iron plate.

6When not in use, clean the working surface of the cast iron plate promptly, then apply a layer of rust-proof oil and cover it with rust-proof paper. Seal the cast iron plate with its outer packaging to prevent accidental damage to the working surface.

7Cast iron plates should be installed in a well-ventilated and dry environment, and kept away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids.
