Double-plate ceramic pneumatic valve, also known as ceramic parallel double disk gate valve, dry ash valve, discharge valve, feed valve, discharge valve, and pneumatic valve, is a type of ceramic gate valve. Therefore, its structural and operating principle is consistent with that of a ceramic gate valve, driven by a valve stem to move the lifting member (valve disk) up and down against the sealing surface of the valve seat, allowing the flow path to be opened or closed. When the valve is partially open, vortices are generated on the back of the disk, which can easily cause erosion and vibration of the disk, as well as damage to the valve seat sealing surface, making repairs difficult. It is usually suitable for applications that do not require frequent opening and closing, and where the disk is kept fully open or fully closed. By using ceramic guide strips set inside the valve cover and an assist spring set within the three-way valve core, the left and right disks can be effectively kept tightly against the ceramic guide strips during movement, ensuring no leakage and guaranteeing the normal operation of the valve body. This novel structure is simple and easy to install and use.
