Pneumatic ceramic double gate valves, also known as ceramic parallel double gate valves, dry ash valves, discharge valves, feed valves, release valves, and pneumatic valves, are a type of ceramic gate valve. Therefore, their structural and working principles are consistent with those of ceramic gate valves, where the valve stem drives the lifting and lowering movement of the lifting member (valve plate) against the sealing surface of the valve seat. This allows for the opening or closing of the fluid passage. When the valve is partially opened, vortices are formed on the back of the gate plate, which can easily cause erosion and vibration of the gate plate, as well as damage to the valve seat sealing surface, making repairs difficult. They are typically used in applications that do not require frequent opening and closing, and where the gate plate needs to remain fully open or fully closed. By utilizing ceramic track strips located inside the valve cover and an assist spring within the three-way valve core, leakage is effectively prevented when the left and right gate plates move along the ceramic track strips, ensuring the normal operation of the valve body. This novel structure is simple and easy to install and use.
