Pneumatic ceramic double gate valves, also known as ceramic parallel double gate valves, dry ash valves, discharge valves, feed valves, and pneumatic valves, are a type of ceramic gate valve. Therefore, their structural and working principles are consistent with those of ceramic gate valves, where the valve stem drives the lifting and lowering movement of the gate (valve plate) against the sealing surface of the valve seat. This allows for the opening or closing of the fluid passage. When the valve is partially open, vortices are formed on the back of the gate, which can easily lead to erosion and vibration of the gate, as well as damage to the valve seat sealing surface, making repairs difficult. They are typically used in applications that do not require frequent opening and closing, and where the gate needs to remain fully open or closed. By utilizing ceramic guide strips on the inside of the valve cover and an assist spring within the three-way valve core, the left and right gates can be moved without any leakage, ensuring the normal operation of the valve body. This novel structure is simple and easy to install and use.
