Operating Principle
Pneumatic three-way directional valves typically consist of the valve body, valve core, spring, and gas ports. The valve body has three passages, connecting to the inlet, outlet, and exhaust ports. The valve core switches positions via pneumatic control signals, altering the direction of the gas flow. When the valve core is in a certain position, the inlet and outlet are connected, allowing gas to enter through the inlet, pass through the valve core and passages, and exit through the outlet. When the valve core shifts to another position, the inlet and exhaust ports are connected, and the gas enters through the inlet, passes through the valve core and passages, and is exhausted through the exhaust port.
