Dome Valve, also known as pneumatic dome valves, silo pump feed valves, breather valves, inflation-type dome valves, and inflation-type feed valves, can cut off the flow of materials or a stationary material column entering the pressure tank and then close to achieve sealing. This ensures the filling rate of the pressure tank, without relying on the material level indicator of the sending tank, thus the control principle is simple and reliable. When handling abrasive materials, the expandable pressure seal ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve. The elastic expandable seal can indent material particles, preventing sliding and wear on the valve seat and seal due to pressure differences. The rotating dome valve core's movement within the valve body allows a solid material column to rotate, allowing the dome valve, which is completely filled with material, to pass through the packed material and close and seal.

Frictionless opening and closing, smooth operation, not prone to jamming, and ensures no frictional wear during the opening and closing process; rapid closing speed.
2. After closing, seal and inflate; the flexible sealing ring, under high pressure, adheres tightly to the dome, forming a strip-like joint surface with excellent sealing performance.
3. Crankshaft design: valve opening is full cross-sectional throughflow, and protects the spherical valve seal ring.
