Dome Valve, also known as pneumatic dome valve, silo pump feeding valve, breather valve, inflatable dome valve, and inflatable feeding valve, can cut off the flow of material into the pressure tank or a stationary material column, then close to achieve sealing. This ensures the filling rate of the pressure tank without relying on the level gauge of the sending tank, making the control principle simple and reliable. When handling abrasive materials, the expandable pressure seal ring embedded in the dome valve seat ensures the pressure difference before and after the valve. The elastic expandable seal can indent material particles, preventing sliding and wear on the valve seat and seal ring due to pressure differences. The rotating dome valve core's movement within the valve body allows a solid material column to rotate, enabling the dome valve, which is completely filled with material, to pass through the packed material and close and seal.
Dome valve features:
Frictionless opening and closing, smooth operation, not prone to jamming, and ensures no frictional wear on the sealing surface during the opening and closing process; fast opening and closing speed.
2. After closing, seal and inflate; the flexible sealing ring, under high pressure, adheres tightly to the dome, forming a strip-like junction with excellent sealing performance.
3. Crankshaft design: valve opening allows full cross-sectional flow and protects the spherical valve seal.
