Pneumatic High Vacuum Plug Valve is a valve designed for high vacuum environments, primarily powered by compressed air to drive the piston. It operates by pushing (pulling) the driving body through the piston rod, thereby actuating the valve plate for opening and closing. The structure is well-designed, aesthetically pleasing, operates smoothly, has a compact size, is reliable, offers good sealing performance, and has a long service life. This valve is suitable for high vacuum equipment, with air and non-corrosive gases as the main medium.
Working Principle
Pneumatic high vacuum plug valves operate by using compressed air to propel the piston movement, which in turn drives the actuator along the axial direction. The actuator is connected to the valve plate via a pivot rod, enabling the opening and closing actions of the valve plate. The time required for the valve to open or close is typically no more than 4 seconds.
Application Scenario
Pneumatic high-vacuum plug valves are widely used in high-vacuum equipment, suitable for connecting or disconnecting air flow in vacuum pipelines. They feature a compact structure, small size, and light weight, making them ideal for various applications requiring high vacuum sealing.
