A vacuum electromagnetic pressure differential valve is a valve installed on a mechanical vacuum pump, primarily used to prevent oil backflow and contaminate the vacuum system. The valve closes automatically by relying on the pressure difference between the atmosphere and vacuum, maintaining the vacuum level of the system and, if necessary, fills the pump chamber with atmospheric air to prevent oil backflow.
Working Principle
When the mechanical vacuum pump stops operating or the power supply is suddenly interrupted, the vacuum electromagnetic pressure difference filling valve uses the pressure difference force between the atmosphere and vacuum to automatically close the valve plate, sealing the vacuum system and maintaining its vacuum level. At the same time, the valve fills the pump chamber with atmosphere through a throttle hole to prevent the pump oil from flowing back and contaminating the vacuum system. When the solenoid valve is energized, the pilot valve cuts off the atmosphere, the vacuum pump starts to evacuate, and the valve plate automatically opens, allowing the vacuum system to operate normally.

Medium Temperature: Generally between -25℃ and +80℃.
