GD-S Type Manual High Vacuum Gate Valve is a vacuum valve used for connecting or disconnecting air flow in vacuum pipelines. Its main features include:
Applicable Medium: Suitable for pure air and non-corrosive gases.
Axial Seal Structure: GD-J type rubber shaft seal and GD-J(b) type bellows shaft seal.
Form of Passage: GD-J is the angle passage type, GD-S is the three-way passage with pre-pulled socket.
Technical Performance: Operates within a pressure range of 105~6.7x10^-4 Pa (with rubber shaft seal) and 105~6.7x10^-6 Pa (with bellows shaft seal), with a valve leakage rate of ≤1.3x10^-4 Pa.L/S (with rubber shaft seal) and ≤1.3x10^-6 Pa.L/S (with bellows shaft seal).
Operating Temperature: Suitable for use within a temperature range of -30℃ to +80℃ (Nitrile Rubber) and -30℃ to +150℃ (Fluorinated Rubber).
Main Components Material: DN10(b) to DN50(b)阀体, Valve Rod: Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel; Valve Cap: Aluminum Alloy; Sealing Parts: Nitrile Rubber, Fluorinated Rubber, Bellows (Axial Seal). DN63 to DN300阀体, Valve Rod, Valve Cap: Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel; Sealing Parts: Nitrile Rubber.
Working Principle
The working principle of the GD-S type manual high vacuum gate valve is to achieve sealing through the valve rod driving the valve plate to move up and down. The manual transmission components usually adopt a threaded structure or a flat cam structure. To open the valve, rotate the handwheel to lift the valve rod, causing the valve plate to rise and allow air flow; to close the valve, reverse the handwheel to lower the valve rod, causing the valve plate to descend and cut off the air flow.
