Zhuhai Tianheqi Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of equipment for quartz, high-boron silicon, and other glass products. Since its establishment in 2007, it has been committed to the equipment for deep processing of "high-boron silicon" glass tubes and hard brittle materials. The company has 48 employees, including 12 managers and 7 technicians.

Our machine tool products use castings that adhere to traditional machine tool manufacturing processes. All castings undergo natural aging for one year followed by secondary artificial annealing to completely eliminate stress. The castings are low-stress gray iron 250-300 series. The bed guide ways are Taiwan Hiwin linear guides, which are precision ground and hand finished for a perfect fit, ensuring the overall stability of the machine tool's precision and its service life.

Our main products currently include precision deep-processing glass lathes for various quartz and high-boron silicate tubes, expanding and shaping lathes, vertical grinders, double-sided grinders, and other equipment. The lathes are primarily used for hot joining and blowing operations for glass and quartz glass. The products are available in manual and electric series, with all electric systems and electrical components utilizing products from Taiwan's Delta Electronics.
