Thermal Insulation Nozzles, developed after two years of numerous laboratory tests and real-world effectiveness verification by our R&D team, are two successful series of thermal and insulating nozzles with dozens of different varieties. They are suitable for cast iron, nodular cast iron, alloy cast iron, cast steel, and non-ferrous metal castings production. Compared to conventional nozzles, they feature the following:

1Users can produce more or heavier castings with the same weight of metal liquid, or reduce the amount of metal liquid to be melted.

　2Users can reduce the mold volume or increase the number of castings produced for the same weight of castings, thereby saving mold material costs.

3．Producing castings of the same weight allows for a reduction in the riser size, thereby cutting down on the costs associated with removing the risers.

Section 4: Packaging and Storage

1Stored in fixed-position marbled paper boxes, each box features a compliant label on the front, and is wrapped externally with transparent plastic film.

2Handle with care during transportation; avoid harsh vibrations, keep dry, and prevent damage.

3Products should be stored indoors and kept dry.

4Product is valid for storage for one year from the date of manufacture. It can still be used after the storage period, as long as it passes re-inspection and is deemed合格.
