1. Operating Principle
Materials enter the grading chamber, where a single wind from the outside acts as a wind sieve on the materials, causing the particles to disperse fully and rise to the grading area. Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading impeller, particles are subjected to both centrifugal force generated by the grading impeller and centripetal force resulting from the air flow's viscosity. When the centrifugal force exceeds the centripetal force, coarse particles larger than the grading size spiral down along the container wall. A second air from the outside, guided through a diffuser, forms a uniform swirling flow, separating fine particles mixed or adhered to the coarse powder. After separation, the coarse powder is discharged from the lower coarse powder outlet; fine particles smaller than the grading size are carried by the air flow into a cyclone separator, collected by the catcher, and the purified gas is exhausted through the induced draft fan.
