1. Equipment Usage

The DW-38CNC-4A/2S is a CNC full-automatic double-layer mold numerical control bending machine, equipped with a full-function device for bending spatial pipe fittings. The entire bending process is automatically completed with input of the program. The machine features easy operation, stable performance, high work efficiency, and high safety factor, making it an ideal equipment for the pipe fitting processing industry.


2. Equipment Features

2.1 Structure Type:

1. The CNC bending machine features a swing arm lifting type clamping structure.

2. Utilizing a hydraulic guide side-push mechanism.

3. The pipe fitting is bent in a clockwise direction when viewed from above, indicating the bending direction of the pipe.

4. The machine can achieve two bending radii without changing molds, or process pipes with multiple bending radii through push bending.

5. Developed for bending processing of various materials with multiple bending radii, such as automotive parts and air conditioning pipes. It boasts high processing efficiency and achieves an ideal effect for bending pipes with multiple radii, which is unattainable by standard CNC automatic bending machines.

2.2 Electrical Control and Operation Interface:

1. The CNC hydraulic bending machine features a physical button control panel/or a touch screen interface.

2. Digital Display Resolution: 0.01° for bend angle, 0.01° for tube rotation, 0.01mm for feeding.

3. The CNC hydraulic bending machine control system employs industrial computer control.

4. Bending parameters on the operation interface are adjustable (preset).


2.3 Quality Requirements for Bending Pipe

1. The surface of the pipe at the bend must be free of wrinkles.

2. The surface of the bent tube should not have grooves or noticeable dents caused by the bending process.


2.4 The CNC numerical control hydraulic bending machine equipment features the following:

1. The operation is simple and easy to learn with a conversational graphic guidance approach, and the program input method is clear and systematic.

2. Standard Display Text: Switch between Chinese/English. (Other text can be changed as per requirement.)

3. Maximum bending program memory capacity: 2 million sets, with each set programmable for up to 45 bends.

4. Directly input bending processing parameters; the machine can execute step-by-step or pause during automatic operation for manual intervention when bending special pipe parts. It can also resume automatic operation. It features a pause function, both automatic and manual modes, and starts the next cycle with a switch after one cycle. Use the emergency stop button for immediate stops.

5. The operation program and bending program memory storage is unlimited; it will not cause program loss due to power outages or long-term non-use.

6. The system and data are equipped with user password settings, not only to protect the data from unauthorized changes but also to trace each modification for easy data management and clear accountability.

7. Records the last 1000 bending processing content documents for easy management by producers.

8. While the machine is undergoing automatic processing, the controller is still available for inputting or editing programs.

9. Features XYZ coordinate to YBC processing value conversion function for easy operator use.

10. The total length of pipe fittings can be automatically calculated after programming input.

11. Features programmed mirroring function, enabling quick acquisition of the symmetrical shape program of a bent tube program.

12. Features program reverse function, allowing for quick transformation to a program starting from the bend point on the other end.

13. During programming, there is an input for incremental adjustment values along with sub-program lists, ensuring that the original processing data is not lost after multiple corrections during sampling.

14. The bending program allows for independent movement of each axis across ten stages (0-9) for speed adjustments, enabling flexible application to various workpieces and enhancing work efficiency. Additionally, an external speed knob is available for real-time adjustment of processing speed as needed.

15. The automatic machine features both rear pull feeding and reciprocating feeding functions for switching to meet various tube fitting processing requirements.

16. Equipped with screen tools such as computer, trigonometric calculation, and bending arc length calculation, for easy use.

17. Depending on the different反弹 characteristics of pipe fittings, pre-test the second bend to obtain an average rebound value, and adjust each bending pipe's rebound compensation value within the bending program.

19. Equipped with a function to count processing volume and processing time.

20. Utilizing the origin system, simply restart the machine in the morning or after a break, and there's no need for complex procedures to locate each axis' origin—immediately enter the ready-to-work status.

21. The machine's action axis positions and bending angle changes are displayed synchronously on the screen.

22. While the machine is undergoing automatic processing, the controller can still be used for inputting or editing programs, which is extremely time-saving.

23. In case of occasional malfunctions or errors that cause the machine to pause during automated processing, after resolving the issue, you can opt to let the machine continue completing the unfinished work on the pipe fitting, appropriately avoiding waste.

24. Equipped with an automatic position inspection function for the Y-axis (material feeding), after setting the inspection accuracy, it can check whether the Y-axis is deviated due to the extension of different pipe materials during automatic processing at any time, enabling the timely detection of dimensionally non-conforming products in mass production.

25. Features Y (feeding) axis and C (bending) axis synchronous movement function; the Y-axis automatically tracks the bending arc length of the C-axis, coordinating with the set tube extension rate to prevent tube parts from being stretched during bending, thereby improving accuracy.

26. The control program features a text-based display for automatic error detection and countermeasures, with messages about machine malfunctions or illogical operations directly shown on the screen, including instructions for repair to prevent human operation errors from damaging the machine and to reduce maintenance difficulty. All the alarm messages from the aforementioned automatic detection can be automatically stored for future reference during maintenance.

27. The model features both automatic and manual mode settings, allowing for various work modes tailored to different operational needs, such as through-hole and auxiliary push states, to enhance production efficiency.

28. Features multiple delay parameter settings, allowing for optimal time difference adjustments for each motion axis to accommodate various bending requirements.

29. Automatic detection function for all buttons and circuit input/output boards, easily identifying potential fault locations.

30. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, protecting the machine's transmission parts and extending the machine's service life.

31. The machine control employs a closed-loop control system.
