
Piston metering pumps are specialized volume pumps capable of meeting the requirements of various stringent process applications, primarily used for transferring liquids, particularly corrosive ones.
Operating Principle
The plunger metering pump directly吸入 and 排出 working medium through the reciprocating motion of the plunger. As the plunger moves inward, the chamber volume decreases, and the liquid is pushed out of the pump body; when the plunger moves outward, the chamber volume increases, and the liquid is吸入 into the pump body. By continuously repeating this reciprocating motion, the plunger pump can continuously deliver liquid.

Flow Regulation: Flow can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0-99%, maintaining a constant flow rate irrespective of the discharge pressure.
Applicable Medium: Suitable for high-viscosity mediums; not applicable for conveying corrosive slurries and hazardous chemicals._

Structure Composition
The plunger metering pump is mainly composed of three parts: the motor, the transmission box, and the cylinder body. The transmission box components include the turbine worm mechanism, stroke adjustment mechanism, and crank connecting rod mechanism; the cylinder body components include the pump head, suction valve assembly, discharge valve assembly, plunger, and stuffing box gasket.
Common Types
Plunger metering pumps come in two main types: valveless and valve-equipped pumps. Valve-equipped pumps control the flow of fluids by opening and closing valves, whereas valveless pumps rely on their unique internal design for fluid measurement and conveyance.
