The QBY Aluminum Alloy Diaphragm Pump is a new type of conveying equipment powered by compressed air, suitable for various corrosive liquids, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. The pump boasts the following main features:
No need for water injection: Suction lift up to 5 meters, head lift up to 50 meters, and outlet pressure ≥ 6 kgf/cm².
Wide flow, excellent throughput: Allows for particles up to 10mm in diameter, suitable for pumping sludge and impurities.
No Rotating Parts: No shaft seals or diaphragms, the pumped medium is completely isolated from the pump's moving parts, ensuring no leakage of the medium. Particularly suitable for transporting toxic, volatile, or corrosive media._
No power required: Safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive areas, capable of immersion in media for operation.
Simple structure: few wearing parts, easy installation and maintenance; the medium transported by the pump does not come into contact with moving parts such as the valve and connecting rod.
Wide Application Range: Suitable for various corrosive liquids, high-viscosity liquids, volatile liquids, highly toxic liquids, etc.
