Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed sleeve (stator). The working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis while also rolling along the inner surface of the sleeve, forming a sealed chamber within the pump. As the screw continues to rotate, the liquid is drawn in and enters the sealed space enclosed by the thread and the pump housing. Under the pressure of the screw, the liquid is then extruded out of the pump body.

This pump is suitable for conveying various media including clean water, wastewater, sludge, and organic coatings.
