G Series Variable Speed Screw Pumps are a new type of pump based on the G Type Single Screw Pump (also known as a thick slurry pump), which achieves variable speed operation through the use of a variable speed motor. Its main working components include an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed sleeve (stator), whose unique geometric shapes create separate sealed cavities. This allows the medium to flow uniformly in the axial direction, maintaining a low internal velocity, constant volume, stable pressure, and no vortices or turbulence.
Working Principle
The G series variable speed screw pump operates based on the fundamental principle of progressive cavity pumps. The rotor consists of a screw with a large lead, high teeth, and a smaller helix inner diameter, while the stator is a mating double-threaded screw and sleeve. As the rotor rotates within the stator, the medium moves axially from the suction end to the discharge end. Due to the special geometric shapes of the rotor and stator, they each form a separate sealed cavity, allowing the medium to flow uniformly along the axial direction within the pump, thus achieving the conveyance of liquids.
Performance Features
Stepless Speed Regulation: Achieves stepless speed adjustment through motor or inverter, offering high precision in speed regulation and a wide range of speed variation.
Flow Stable: Flow is proportional to speed, offering excellent variable adjustment.
Stable Pressure: Low internal flow rate, constant volume maintained, stable pressure.
Versatile: Suitable for conveying high-viscosity fluids, media containing hard suspended particles or fibers.
Low Noise: Low noise due to low internal flow rate.
Easy Maintenance: Fewer parts, compact structure, small size, easy to repair.
Application Fields
The G series variable speed screw pumps are widely used in environmental protection, shipbuilding, oil industry, daily chemicals, canned food, brewing industry, construction industry, printing, and papermaking industries. Particularly suitable for the transportation of high-viscosity liquids, such as sludge treatment in environmental protection and thick oil transportation in the oil industry.
