If the pressure gauge malfunctions, you won't know the exact pressure used by your terminal, and you cannot use it with peace of mind, fearing issues with the liquefied gas storage tank. Both the air compressor and the storage tank itself have safety valves. When pressure exceeds the safe setting of the safety valve, it will automatically release pressure, and the pressure gauge plays a significant role. Therefore, daily accessories of special equipment must be used with caution. In case of any issues, first confirm if the steel plate thickness of the storage tank body meets the standards, and if not, identify the cause of the steel plate corrosion. Also, reconfirm that the safety valve, pressure gauge, and other auxiliary equipment meet the requirements. After all assessments are deemed不合格, the local technical supervision bureau of the enterprise issues an inspection不合格 notice, and upon receiving it, the enterprise replaces the new pressure vessel.

Liquefied gas storage tanks are pressure vessels and are required by the national regulations to be inspected annually (the recommended service life for simple pressure vessels is 10 years). Since inspections are conducted, there are products that pass or fail. Generally, if a company's improper use or delayed maintenance of a liquefied gas storage tank leads to an unsatisfactory inspection, the tank must be forcibly scrapped. As these tanks are special equipment, there is a specific process for scrapping them. Compressor liquefied gas storage tanks are often considered safe special equipment, but if any aspect of manufacturing, design, installation, or usage management is not standardized, various hidden dangers may accumulate, potentially leading to an explosion or even more severe consequences. Therefore, our compressor liquefied gas storage tanks must be operated according to the instructions, without taking shortcuts or purchasing cheaper, unqualified storage tanks. Tanks with 1 cubic meter capacity and 10 kilograms or less are considered simple pressure vessels and do not require inspection; the national regulations stipulate that they are exempt from inspection for 7 years from the date of manufacture on the label, but this only applies to the tank itself.
