Steam jet ejectors mix a certain pressure of working steam with the medium being drawn, through a Laval nozzle, reducing pressure and increasing speed to supersonic levels within the suction chamber. This mixture then carries the medium forward, entering an expansion tube where it slows down and increases pressure, before being discharged to the next stage of the jet or the atmosphere, thereby creating a vacuum in the suction chamber. Depending on the user's requirements for vacuum degree, each steam jet vacuum pump can be connected with a single stage or multiple stages of jets. The higher the number of stages, the greater the vacuum degree (the lower the residual pressure). The general relationship between the suction pressure and the number of stages is as follows:
The intermediate condensers come in three types: spray direct cooling, mixed direct cooling, and plate-type intercooling.

YGJQ Series Steam Jet Ejectors Technical Parameters
1. The working steam pressure for the permit is 0.3MPa (absolute pressure). Please specify at the time of ordering so we can tailor the nozzle to your actual working steam pressure.
2. The illustrated condenser is a mixed direct-cooling type; we can customize a shell-and-tube condenser according to customer requirements.
3. This jet noisemaker operates normally without a silencer. However, adding a silencer can reduce operating noise.
