1. 产品描述 Description

JY-YT225钻井泥浆消泡剂主要由有机硅树脂、改性聚硅氧烷组成，采用独 有工艺乳化而成的白色乳液。对于消除作业中顽固细小泡沫有明显效果，并具有良好的消泡抑泡和脱气效果。本品分散型好，能很好的分散在浆料、泥浆中，本品耐酸碱、耐高速剪切、耐高温，对其他助剂无副作用。主要用于抑制泥浆中因各种原因引起的顽固性泡沫。

JY-YT225 drilling mud defoamer is mainly composed of silicone resin and modified polysiloxane, and is a white emulsion emulsified using a unique process. It has a significant effect on eliminating stubborn and small bubbles in operations, and has good defoaming, foam suppression and degassing effects. This product has good dispersion and can be well dispersed in slurry and mud. This product is acid and alkali resistant, high-speed shear resistant, and high temperature resistant, and has no side effects on other additives. Mainly used to suppress stubborn foam in mud caused by various reasons.

4. 使用方法 Instructions

可直接使用或稀释后使用。一般而言，建议添加量为0.01~0.3%即可有效地消除和阻止泡沫的再生，但根据不同的泥浆配比及钻进要求，添加量应通过现场调试确定。

Can be used directly or diluted. Generally speaking, it is recommended that the addition amount is 0.01~0.3% to effectively eliminate and prevent foam regeneration. However, according to different mud ratios and drilling requirements, the optimal addition amount should be determined through on-site debugging.

5. 包装和贮存及注意事项 Packaging & Storage and Precautions

采用25kg、200kg、1000kg包装或协商包装，室温下密封避光保存，避免长期暴露在极端冷热环境下，产品保质期为1年。
