KW600、kw600-1热采阀门密封润滑脂专门为蒸汽注入和地热生产井口闸阀的热采作业研制，额定工作温度高达343℃（API6A温度等级Y）。是以无机稠化剂稠化专有合成油，并加入极压添加剂，特定工艺精制而成。

KW600 and kw600-1 Sealing grease for thermal recovery valves are specially developed for thermal recovery operations of steam injection and geothermal production wellhead gate valves, with rated operating temperatures up to 343°C (API6A temperature grade Y). It is made by thickening a proprietary synthetic oil with an inorganic thickener, adding extreme pressure additives, and refining it through a specific process.

KW600-1 grease is mainly used for sealing and lubrication of threaded connection parts such as insulated oil pipes, sucker rods, heat-resistant sealers, and wellhead devices in thermal recovery and steam injection wells. It can be used under the conditions of steam injection temperature 343℃ and pressure 17.5MPa.
