产品描述 Product Description
KW1100WG和KW1100WGX密封脂由无机稠化剂稠化专有合成基础油，并加入极压、抗磨、防锈添加剂精制而成。本系列产品按稠度分NLGI：1-3四个级别，按低温性能分WG, WGX二个级别， 符合行业标准SH/T 0011-90。
KW1100WG and KW1100WGX sealing grease is refined by thickening proprietary synthetic base oil with inorganic thickener and adding extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-rust additives. This series of products is divided into four levels: NLGI: 1-3 according to consistency, and two levels: WG and WGX according to low temperature performance. It complies with industry standard SH/T 0011-90.

This series of products has good resistance to hydrocarbons, water, alcohols, liquefied petroleum gas and other media, and does not dissolve or disperse in the above media; it has excellent hydrogen sulfide corrosion inhibition performance, good high temperature resistance, and oxidation stability properties and low temperature adaptability; excellent adhesion, certain protection and lubricity; good pressure resistance and shock resistance, good sealing performance, and easy disassembly of machine parts.

本系列产品适用于与原油、燃料油、润滑油、水、醇类和石油液化气等介质接触的机械设备、机车、管道、阀门(平板阀)等静密封和低速下滑动、转动密封面的辅助密封、润滑与防护。
This series of products is suitable for isostatic sealing and low-speed sliding and rotating sealing surfaces of mechanical equipment, locomotives, pipelines, valves (flat valves) in contact with crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, water, alcohols and liquefied petroleum gas.
