SGM 1400℃ Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace Detailed Introduction:

The SGM 1400℃ vacuum atmosphere lift furnace is equipped with silicon carbide rods as heating elements. It features a double-shell structure and Yudi's 30-stage temperature control system, with phase shift triggering and silicon-controlled rectifier control. The furnace chamber is lined with 1600-type alumina polycrystalline fiber material. The double shell is equipped with an air-cooling system for rapid heating and cooling. The furnace boasts balanced temperature distribution, low surface temperatures, fast heating and cooling rates, energy-saving features, and easy material handling without the need for crucible tongs to reach into the furnace chamber.


SGM 1400℃ Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace Application:

The SGM 1400℃ vacuum atmosphere lift furnace is suitable for high-temperature material removal and annealing, making it a reliable product for colleges, research institutions, and industrial enterprises engaged in powder sintering, ceramic sintering, glass melting, high-temperature experiments, and quality testing.

SGM1400℃ Vacuum Atmosphere Furnace Features:

1. The furnace chamber is constructed with a three-layer shell structure, featuring an inner lining within the sealed layer, which prevents compression during the vacuuming process.

2. Heating Element

1) The silicon molybdenum rod features a hot end diameter D1 of 7mm, which is thicker than the standard 6mm used by most manufacturers. It boasts a thicker heating end, is less prone to bending, and has a low surface load, resulting in a longer service life.

2) Utilizes hot bending technology for even resistance and long service life.

3) Lu cold end length: 210mm, 400$260 for the 300x300 furnace; most manufacturers use 180mm, with the cold end having a longer furnace top and lower temperature.

4) The surface of silicon molybdenum rods is oxidized with a dense amorphous film, which effectively protects the rods.

 

3. Equipped with air switches and leakage protection devices:

In the event of an overcurrent or a leakage in the circuit, the air switch will automatically disconnect.

 

4. Furnace chamber

1) High-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum suction molding furnace chamber.

2) Molded using Japanese technology.

3) The spacing and pitch of the resistance wires in the furnace chamber are all arranged according to the thermal engineering technology of Japanese design, and have been simulated for temperature field by thermal engineering software.

4) Utilizes a 4-week heating process for more uniform temperature distribution.

5) The furnace chamber has no powder shedding, excellent thermal insulation properties, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.

 

5. Sealing System:

The SGM 1400℃ vacuum atmosphere lift furnace's top cover and door (already welded elsewhere) are sealed with silicone O-rings for easy disassembly, repeatable disassembly, and excellent airtightness.

 

 

Atmospheric Furnace Point:

1. Can be equipped with rods on all four sides of the furnace chamber for more even temperature distribution.

2. Easy to retrieve materials, especially when handling them under high temperatures. Users can pick up the materials from the tray once they have cooled down from the furnace, thereby avoiding the radiant heat from the furnace and preventing any burns.

3. The tray is supported by four rods around its perimeter, ensuring the materials are extremely stable on the tray.

(Bonus Option) Explosion-proof System: The explosion-proof system consists of components such as solenoid valves, microcomputers, pressure gauges and transmitters, 24V power supply, and AC contactors. The pressure inside the furnace is converted into an electrical signal by the pressure gauge and transmitter, which is then transmitted to the microcomputer. The microcomputer compares this signal with the set values and sends signals to control the AC contactor, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve. When the pressure inside the furnace exceeds the allowable pressure set by us, the solenoid valve immediately opens to prevent explosion. We have installed an exhaust pipe on the solenoid valve, allowing the user to connect a pipe to expel the gas outdoors.

 

The explosion-proof system has many points:

1) Reusable: The solenoid valve opens when the pressure exceeds the set value, and closes when the pressure is below the set value. Unlike mechanical explosion-proof devices, it can be used repeatedly after an explosion.

2) Adjustable Setpoint: Users can adjust the opening pressure of the solenoid valve via a microcomputer to suit their needs.

3) Highly sensitive explosion-proof points: With the use of microcomputers and electrical signals, the explosion occurs immediately upon reaching the explosion-proof point.

4) Explosion-proof system safety: No fragments are ejected during ignition. (Glass fragments may be ejected if a mechanical system is used.)

5) Excellent explosion-proof system stability: Due to the use of microcomputers and solenoid valves, the explosion will definitely occur at our set point, and users can also test it. Unlike mechanical systems, which cannot be tested, there is much uncertainty about whether it will open at the explosion-proof point.
