The SGM M10/10 High-Temperature Muffle Furnace is a small high-temperature heating furnace for laboratory use. It is equipped with electric furnace wire heating and can reach a temperature of up to 1000°C. The furnace chamber dimensions are 200*300*170mm.
Main Features
1. The Sigma SGM1000℃ box-type muffle furnace features a double-shell structure. The outer shell is made of thickened carbon steel and cold-rolled steel plates, precision-cut, folded, and welded into shape on CNC machine tools, ensuring durability and strength.
2. The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air-cooling system, enabling rapid temperature rise and drop, with the external shell temperature remaining low at high temperatures.
3. Surface treated with dual-color epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, baked at high temperature for corrosion resistance to acids and alkalis; the dual-color combination gives the SGM1000℃ box furnace a novel, aesthetically pleasing, and durable appearance!
4. The SGM1000℃ box-type resistance furnace features a side-opening or top-opening door design. The door is reinforced and thickened to prevent deformation. It includes a locking function and is equipped with an electric cutoff system when the door is opened. The operation is smooth, convenient, and energy-saving.

4. The door can be opened from the top or side, offering easy operation and keeping the operator away from the hot furnace door. Power options include manual, electric, or foot-pedal pneumatic control.
5. Furnace Door Sealing: The furnace door and body are automatically sealed, eliminating the need for manual sealing. The furnace door features a special sealing structure to maintain a sealed state throughout production, preventing the escape of high-temperature furnace gases and ensuring a stable working environment inside the furnace. The furnace body is constructed with a step-by-step assembly, and the furnace door and frame are designed as a single unit, effectively preventing the collapse of the furnace roof. The tight fit between the door and frame ensures minimal heat loss and extends the service life of the furnace door section.
6. The furnace chamber is made of ceramic fiber, with a high-temperature alumina coating on the surface to maintain chamber cleanliness, extend the instrument's service life, and improve heating efficiency.
7. The 1200℃ box-type resistance furnace is equipped with matched heating elements, installed on the left and right sides of the inner furnace chamber. Its structural design ensures easy installation, maintenance, and replacement, and will never cause thermal short-circuit with the furnace shell, preventing localized overheating. This design ensures that the fiber surface does not come into direct contact with the heating elements, thereby enhancing the heating effect of the elements. The furnace boasts stable performance, reliability, and durability.
8. The SGM1000℃ box type resistance furnace temperature control is installed on the furnace body panel, offering intuitive observation and easy adjustment. The temperature control system utilizes either a Japanese Shima Seiki or Xiamen YuDi electric intelligent temperature control instrument, featuring a 30/50-step programmable temperature control system. It adjusts temperature via PID method, allowing for the setting of 30-step heating and cooling programs. It includes features such as soft start, soft shutdown, silicon-controlled rectifier phase shifting voltage control, and adjustable output from 0~98%. The panel is equipped with various instruments and switches, all with corresponding Chinese labels. The operation is safe, convenient, and quick.
9. The SGM1000℃ Box Type Resistance Furnace features high temperature control accuracy, balanced thermal field, fast heating and cooling rate, low surface temperature, low energy consumption, over-temperature alarm with power cutoff protection, and safe and reliable operation.
10. High-power electric furnace equipped with a full isolation silent copper wire transformer, producing minimal noise. Lower heat output, higher safety factor.
11. The button switches are matched with push buttons and equipped with indicator lights, offering stable performance and a long service life.
12. The electrical components are integrated with the furnace body, mounted on one side of the furnace for a compact structure and minimal space usage. The control circuit is cooled by a cooling fan.
