The WSF812/22 High Vacuum Tungsten Filament Furnace is a vertical high vacuum tungsten filament heating furnace. It features a vertical structure design with an open top cover for material feeding. The heating element is made of tungsten, capable of reaching a temperature of up to 2200°C. It is equipped with a high vacuum system, achieving a vacuum level of 6.67*10-3 Pa.

Structural composition
The equipment is mainly composed of the furnace body, furnace lid, tray and material platform, heating electrodes, heating and insulation as well as temperature measurement systems, vacuum system, water cooling system, and control system.
Equipment structural characteristics
The furnace body features a double-layer water-cooled structure, with both the inner and outer walls made of 304 material and polished to a mirror finish for smoothness. This design facilitates quicker evacuation time and ease of cleaning. The furnace shell is cooled by water in the middle to ensure the wall temperature remains below 60°C. Water-cooled electrodes are installed on the side of the furnace body. The furnace is equipped with vacuum evacuation ports, electrode connections, and gas inflation interfaces.
The furnace lid features a double-layer water-cooling structure, both the inner and outer walls are made of 304 material, with a smooth surface for quick evacuation and easy cleaning. It is equipped with a water-cooling system in the middle and features an observation window and exhaust interface.
Trays and material racks
The tray is equipped with a material support system, where materials are placed on the support system.
Heating and Insulation System
The heater utilizes a high-purity tungsten mesh, while the insulation screen is composed of a multi-layer tungsten-molybdenum reflective screen, with layers of high-purity tungsten, high-purity molybdenum, and multi-layer high-temperature stainless steel materials forming the heat-insulating structure. This assembly creates a sealed space, ensuring uniform temperature in the working area and minimal heat loss. The insulation screen is mounted on a stainless steel frame and arranged around the outer side of the heater to ensure rapid and even heating of the workpiece.
