High-Temperature Vacuum Pressure Furnace Introduction:
The Vacuum Atmosphere Pressure Sintering Furnace is a vacuum atmosphere pressure furnace produced by Luoyang Xige High Temperature Furnace. This SGM Vacuum Atmosphere Pressure Sintering Furnace is composed of a vertical/lateral structure, including the furnace body, furnace lid lifting and lowering mechanism, vacuum system, gas filling system, and temperature control system. The furnace body features a double-layer water-cooled design, with the inner wall made of 16MnR pressure vessel steel and the outer layer of carbon steel, cooled by water in between. The heating elements inside the furnace are made of graphite tubes, while the insulation elements consist of carbon felt and a graphite composite structure. The furnace side is equipped with an observation port, an infrared temperature measurement port, and thermocouple holes. The thermocouples are of tungsten-rhenium type and have the function of automatically retracting from the heating zone at high temperatures.

Horizontal vacuum atmosphere pressure furnace
Vacuum atmosphere pressure furnaces are designed for cyclic operations, suitable for sintering silicon nitride ceramic balls, ceramic cutting tools, LED powder reduction and sintering, hard metal alloys, and powder metallurgy sintering materials in a high-pressure nitrogen or argon atmosphere. This process is beneficial for increasing the sintering density of the materials and enhancing their mechanical properties.
Key structural features of the high-temperature vacuum pressure furnace
1. The high-temperature vacuum pressure furnace shell is mainly composed of the furnace body, furnace cover, and furnace body bracket, etc. Both the furnace body and the furnace cover are equipped with double-layer water-cooled structures, capable of vacuum extraction with a vacuum level reaching below 6.67×10-3 Pa, and can be filled with various protective atmospheres.
2. The heating system employs a graphite cylindrical heater, ensuring uniform temperature and even heating of the workpiece, as well as facilitating the maintenance and replacement of the heating element.
3. The heating element uses a high-purity isostatic graphite heat source, capable of reaching temperatures up to 2000°C.
4. The furnace is equipped with a recirculating water cooling system, ensuring effective overall sealing.
6. The vacuum system utilizes scroll-type direct-coupled pumps, high vacuum valves, vacuum gauges, vacuum pressure gauges, vacuum vent valves, and vacuum pipelines.
7. Multiple heating curves can be preset and assigned to different sintering materials. They can be directly accessed when needed, without interference, and there's no need to repeatedly modify temperature parameters.
8. Inflating Equipment (excluding gas drying, gas filtering, and exhaust gas treatment systems) mainly consists of inflation valves, low-pressure gas lines, and high-pressure gas lines.
9. Equipped with pressure sensors, featuring automatic pressure relief protection against overpressure for safe and reliable operation.
10. A reserved 485 conversion interface is available, which can be connected to a computer through Sigma furnace software, allowing for remote control, real-time tracking, historical record, and report generation for single or multiple furnaces.
11. Over-temperature alarm with power cut-off, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
