Trolley-type copper tube vacuum annealing furnace

The trolley-type copper tube vacuum annealing furnace is an energy-saving batch-type furnace, featuring ultra-energy-efficient design and fiber structure, saving up to 60% in electricity. It utilizes composite high-alumina ceramic pins for production, collision-proof sealing bricks for the trolley, automatic sealing trolley and furnace door, integrated rail system, and requires no foundation installation; it can be used directly on a level ground. Mainly used for vacuum heat treatment of copper tubes and copper machine parts.

This carriage-type copper tube vacuum annealing furnace is mainly composed of the furnace body, furnace pot, carriage, charging carriage, push-pull feeding mechanism, and power control cabinet. The furnace lining is made of full-fiber construction, offering excellent thermal insulation. The heating chamber has a carriage, which is driven by a harmonic drive reducer to move the running wheels. The carriage is equipped with a furnace pot made of stainless steel material, containing a small trolley for loading material. The feeding and discharging of the material trolley in and out of the furnace pot is accomplished by the push-pull feeding mechanism. The seal between the furnace pot and its cover uses rubber sealing rings, with a cooling water jacket mounted on the furnace flange to protect the rubber sealing rings. The opening of the furnace pot is manually operated and is equipped with an explosion-proof device to prevent gas thermal expansion during operation. Additionally, there is a protective gas inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, and vacuum unit (including a vacuum pump and vacuum pipes).

 

Structural Features:

1. The furnace lining of the trolley-type copper tube vacuum annealing furnace is made of full fiber structure, which saves about 60% of energy compared to brick-type furnace chambers. It uses long fiber felt as raw material, processed into 300×300×300 specifications, and retains a certain amount of compression during the manufacturing process. This ensures that each ceramic fiber block expands in different directions after assembly, pressing the modules together into a seamless whole for optimal heat retention. Moreover, the product is easy and quick to install, and can be directly fastened to the furnace shell steel plate with stainless steel anchor rivets. Compared to other products, it boasts low thermal conductivity, low heat capacity, good corrosion resistance, excellent thermal stability and vibration resistance, and excellent insulation properties. The anchoring components are also set on the cold side of the furnace body, enhancing the strength of the fibers.

2. The heating elements are made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire, wound into strip and spiral shapes, respectively suspended on the side of the furnace, the furnace door, the rear wall, and the placement of the trolley brick. They are securely fastened with high-alumina ceramic pins, ensuring safety and simplicity. The trolley is equipped with a pressure-resistant and high-temperature cast steel furnace bottom plate, on which a vacuum furnace pot is placed for workpiece placement. To prevent the oxidation scale produced by the workpiece after heating from falling through the gaps between the furnace bottom plates and damaging the heating elements, the contact area between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body uses an insert-type contact. To ensure normal operation, it is necessary to frequently sweep the oxidation scale beneath the trolley furnace bottom plate, typically once a week. During sweeping, the furnace bottom plate is lifted, and compressed air is used to clean the oxidation scale particles from the resistance wire slots, with attention to prevent the oxidation scale from causing a short circuit by getting stuck inside the furnace wire.

3. The furnace door is mounted on a trolley, integrated with the furnace drum, and utilizes a trolley-powered clamping mechanism. This structure ensures there is no friction between the fiber plane on the furnace door and the cotton at the furnace mouth, featuring a limit switch to control the travel. It boasts excellent safety performance and a long service life.

The trolley frame is made by welding steel sections, ensuring rigidity under full load. Internally, refractory bricks are used for construction, with heavy-duty bricks employed in areas prone to collision and load-bearing sections to enhance the refractory structure's strength. The trolley's movement utilizes an independent structure, driven by a reducer and chain wheel to propel the wheels along the track.

4. The trolley is sealed with an automatic labyrinth structure and soft contact double seal. The trolley enters the furnace and rises automatically after passing through the cam and roller inclined surface. The sealing is then performed. When the trolley exits, the sealing groove automatically drops down, and the sealing sand in the groove, once refilled, does not require frequent replenishment.

5. The trolley is powered out with the furnace door opening and closing controlled electrically, equipped with an electromagnetic brake to prevent inertial impact on the furnace body. It features a连锁 control system, where slightly opening the furnace door automatically cuts off the heating element power and restores the power to the trolley's movement mechanism. Once the furnace door is fully closed, the power to the trolley's movement mechanism is automatically cut off, and the power to the heating elements is restored.
