Description

The井式annealing furnace is primarily used for tempering and aging heat treatment of metal and aluminum alloy components within a sealed furnace chamber. It is a batch-type heat treatment equipment, with manufacturing standards that comply with national technical and safety regulations.

The well-type tempering furnace is easy to use, simply place it on a level concrete surface; the electric furnace's lifting mechanism is equipped with limit switches, which automatically shut off power when the lid is open, ensuring operator safety; it comes with a ventilation system and multi-zone temperature control to enhance uniformity in the furnace temperature; the equipment is environmentally friendly and pollution-free, significantly improving the working environment; the entire unit is made of full fiber structure, enhancing insulation properties and reducing production costs.

II. Components

The井式退火 furnace is mainly composed of the furnace body, furnace chamber, blower, furnace cover plate, and electrical system.

1. Furnace body

The overall shape is cylindrical, constructed from steel sections and plates焊接 to form a frame structure. The furnace shell is焊接 from steel sections and plates.

2. Fan

A thermal air circulation fan equipped with a heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and blades is installed on the lid, featuring high air pressure, large airflow, and good airtightness.

3. Furnace Lid

The interior surface of the lid is made of stainless steel plate. The lid features a manual lever lift mechanism (an electric version can also be customized) and is equipped with an exhaust port to facilitate the release of fumes from the furnace and for temperature regulation.

4. Hoist System

The furnace cover lifting mechanism is equipped with an electro-hydraulic unit; the rotating shaft of the furnace cover is fitted with bearings in both directions, with a needle roller placed vertically inside the upper shaft housing for smooth and lighter lifting and rotation of the furnace cover. The furnace cover seal is of sand seal structure. To ensure operational safety, limit switches are installed near the lifting mechanism.

5. Furnace chamber

The furnace chamber is constructed with energy-saving refractory insulation bricks, with the space between the furnace lining and shell filled with alumino-silicate fiber cotton for insulation. The gaps are filled with expanded insulation powder. The bottom of the furnace chamber is lined with heavy-duty refractory bricks. The resistive wire is made of 0Cr25Al5 high-resistance alloy wire, wound into a spiral and installed on the support bricks within the furnace chamber. An stainless steel charge basket is placed inside the furnace, positioned 100 mm away from the lining to protect the resistive strips and the lining, while also facilitating air circulation and even heating.

6. Electrical System

The heating main circuit, in addition to the conventional automatic air switches and AC contactors, includes a forced cooling fan, overheat protection, capacitive and resistive absorption circuits, output voltage and current displays. The temperature control instrument uses a Japanese Shimaden intelligent gauge. The data logger is a paperless recorder for convenient recording of heat treatment data. Temperature control elements: PID automatic adjustment, solid-state relays. Temperature measurement element: K-type stainless steel thermocouple.

Section 3: Operating Procedures

Before firing, check if the electrical, lifting, and fan equipment is functioning properly. Ensure the shaft lubrication is good. The heat treated workpieces must be kept clean, without excessive oil stains. The furnace temperature must not exceed the designed temperature. Do not open the furnace cover to cool down when the temperature is above 400°C, and do not use the hot air circulation fan below 400°C.
