Far-infrared hot air equipment includes a series of interconnected cabinets: an incoming line cabinet, a low-voltage control cabinet, a PLC control cabinet, and at least one far-infrared hot air furnace. The PLC control cabinet is equipped with a CPU control system main unit, a switch, a 24V control power supply, an integrated PLC touch screen, and multiple control buttons, which include manual control buttons, manual/automatic switch knobs, remote/nearby switch knobs, and an alarm buzzer. The infrared hot air furnace consists of a furnace body and multiple infrared heating tubes installed inside it. The furnace body also houses a fan, an electric motor, and hot air conveyance pipes. The electric motor drives the fan to expel hot air through the conveyance pipes. The far-infrared heating element invented by Yangzhou Xide Electric is highly efficient and energy-saving.
