Product Description

The 4425 series industrial burners are a line of high-temperature burners specifically designed for high-temperature furnaces (such as forging furnaces, ceramic furnaces, metal melting furnaces, glass melting furnaces, etc.). They are the high-temperature version of the general-purpose 4422 series burners and are widely used in various industrial applications. The 4425 burners are particularly suitable for furnaces that operate both at high and low temperatures, such as batch processing furnaces. They require temperatures below 650℃ and a high oxygen content in the initial stage to ensure the processing quality of raw materials; however, due to their radiation-resistant structure, the temperature often rises above 1093℃ as the processing progresses.
