Electromagnetic Blind Flange Valve is a type of blind flange valve that is actuated by an electric drive unit for opening and closing, primarily used for cutting off gas mediums and widely applied in pipeline systems for gas, flue gas, dusty gas, and air, etc. It features a compact structure, simple operation, reliable cutting performance, and excellent sealing properties.
Structure and Working Principle
The electric blind plate valve is mainly composed of left valve body, right valve body, sector gate plate, stainless steel bellows, electric drive unit, and electric clamping unit, etc. Its working principle involves three support screw rods being connected as a whole, which fixes the left valve body, middle valve body, and right valve body to the base, forming a rigid structural body. The middle valve body is connected to the right valve body with a stainless steel expansion tube, and the left and middle valve bodies are connected by three screw rods with left and right trapezoidal threads at both ends. When the three screw rods rotate in the same direction (or opposite direction) simultaneously, the left and middle valve bodies are tightened (or separated), and the blind plate rotates around the axis of one of the screw rods, achieving the opening and closing of the valve.
Application Scenarios
Electromagnetic blind valves are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, and other sectors. They are suitable for pipeline systems in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, and other industries for分流或合流 media or to switch flow directions. The valves are compact in structure, lightweight, and easy to operate, capable of cutting off media in the management system when closed, ensuring reliable gas medium cutoff.
Maintain and service
During use, it's necessary to regularly inspect the valve sealing areas to ensure the seals are not damaged or worn out, and to clean debris and dust from the sealing slots. At the same time, check the operation of the electric drive and clamping units to ensure the motor runs smoothly with no abnormal noises. Regularly inspect the wiring and lubrication of the electric units to ensure secure connections and good motor lubrication.
