Pneumatic bell-shaped ash discharging valve is a device used for dust removal and ash discharge in blast furnaces, featuring the following main characteristics and functions:
Structural Features: The pneumatic bell-shaped ash unloading valve is mainly composed of the valve body, pneumatic actuator, sealing components, valve seat, etc. It features an offset structure that achieves instantaneous full-position opening of the passage area, ensuring balanced flow resistance. Upon closure, it achieves an instantaneous full closure, reducing dust and gas dispersion and shortening the residence time of ash on the sealing surface, thereby extending the service life of the sealing components.
Operating Principle: The pneumatic bell-shaped ash unloading valve is driven by a pneumatic actuator to complete the opening and closing action of the conical valve plug. Suitable for automatic control and remote operation applications.
Application Scenes: Widely used in coal chemical, petrochemical, rubber, papermaking, and other pipeline systems as a medium分流/合流 or flow direction switching device. Suitable for systems under high pressure and large diameter conditions, reducing valve body connection bolts and enhancing valve reliability.
Technical Parameters: Nominal Diameter: DN150-600, Nominal Pressure: 0.6MPa, Operating Temperature Range: ≤150~350°C. Suitable for gray, coal, powder, and other media.
Maintenance and Service: The pneumatic bell-shaped deslagging valve is equipped with a manhole for easy inspection or replacement of internal wearing parts during shutdown.
