1. Fiberglass Pipe: A lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipeline. Made from materials such as resins (food-grade resins for drinking water transport), glass fibers, and quartz sand, it is produced through a special manufacturing process. It features a matrix of resin with glass fibers wrapped around a rotating mandrel in accordance with the process requirements, and quartz sand is evenly laid between the fibers to form a sand-laying layer. The rational and advanced wall structure of the pipe optimally utilizes the material properties, enhancing stiffness while ensuring product stability and reliability under the premise of meeting usage strength requirements.
2. Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Sand Pipe: Known for its excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, lightweight yet high strength, non-scaling, strong seismic resistance, longer lifespan than conventional steel pipes, low overall cost, quick installation, and minimal maintenance, with a service life exceeding 50 years, it is also highly safe and reliable. These advantages have been widely accepted by users. FRP pipes are used in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, ventilation, and water supply and drainage. China's FRP pipe production has developed rapidly, with quantities increasing year by year and applications expanding across a wider range of sectors and departments.
3. Excellent Performance: No need for anti-corrosion protection or other measures, does not cause secondary pollution to water and other media, and has a long service life. The pipe weight is only 1/4 of the same specification and length of ductile iron pipe, and 1/10 of cement pipe, making transportation and handling convenient, and easy to install. Reduces pipeline joints, accelerates installation speed, and improves overall pipeline quality. Reduces flow resistance, increases flow velocity, and lowers energy consumption. Transports the same volume of fluid through smaller diameter pipes, which can increase flow by about 10% compared to pipes of the same specification; does not scale, maintaining flow velocity over time. Provides good protection for cables in turbulent and heavily corrosive environments.
4. High mechanical strength: Excellent resistance to water pressure, external pressure, and impact, with the ability to design and manufacture pipelines and fittings to meet specified pressure requirements.
5. Strong temperature adaptability: Operating temperature range: greater than -70°C and less than 250°C, pipes do not crack under frozen medium.
6. Maintain Water Quality: Non-toxic, suitable for transporting drinking and utility water, capable of long-term preservation of water hygiene.
