


I. Product Features:
1. Our newly developed glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) large containers are a recent innovation from our company. To address the challenges of transportation, as well as the limitations of length and width, we have newly developed on-site winding equipment. This product features the lightweight and high-strength qualities of typical FRP storage tanks, along with resistance to chemical corrosion, acid and alkali, long service life, low cost, and short manufacturing time.
2. No Transportation Needed, Easy Installation: The large fiberglass containers are manufactured on-site by wrapping, allowing production equipment to be directly transported and installed at the site, thus solving the difficulty of transporting large containers.
3. Large Capacity: The winding diameter can reach 22m, with a capacity of up to 5,000 m².
4. High罐 body strength: Utilizing spiral and hoop winding, it ensures the bidirectional strength and overall performance of the product, addressing the drawback of domestic large-scale winding machines currently only capable of hoop winding, resulting in weak axial strength. This showcases the excellent properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic large containers.
5. Enhanced the overall interlayer shear strength, bending strength, anti-creep characteristics, wind and seismic resistance of container products.
II. Manufacturing Process:
1. Computer-controlled, producing the lining layer (e.g., corrosion-resistant layer) on the core mold as required, then wrapping the structural layer with the designed shape and thickness after gelation, and manufacturing the outer protective layer.
2. Excellent Physical Properties: The specific gravity of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) is typically 1.8-2.1, which is 1/4-1/5 of steel, and its specific strength is higher than that of steel, cast iron, and plastics. The coefficient of thermal expansion of GFRP is comparable, while its thermal conductivity is only 0.5% of steel.
3. High design flexibility, excellent can wall structural performance, effectively utilizing the characteristics of each component material, achieving rational material usage.
4. Smooth surface, easy to clean and maintain.
5. Resistant to microbial corrosion and withstands acidic and alkaline conditions.
