I. Product Introduction:
1. Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) process pipes are a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion and acid-base resistant non-metallic pipeline. They are based on unsaturated or vinyl resin matrices, with glass fibers wound layer by layer around a rotating mandrel according to the process requirements. The wall structure is rational, fully utilizing the material's properties. Under the premise of meeting the required strength, it enhances stiffness, ensuring product stability and reliability. GRP process pipes, with their excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, lightweight strength, non-scaling, strong seismic resistance, longer service life compared to ordinary steel pipes, lower overall cost, quick installation, and safety, are widely accepted by users. They are used in industries such as purification towers, chemical workshops, and waste gas treatment. The production and development of GRP pipes in our country are progressing rapidly, with the quantity increasing year by year and the scope of application and departments expanding.
2. Fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) process pipes are made from resins and glass fibers using special technology. The process pipes are renowned for their "significant energy saving" due to their characteristics. Specifically, with n≤0.0084, the smooth inner wall results in minimal pressure loss during fluid transport. Therefore, for the same flow rate, smaller pipe diameters or lower-powered pumps can be used for long-distance transport. Larger diameter pipes can also reduce installation costs, decrease insulation costs, and eliminate corrosion protection expenses, all contributing to "prolonging the lifespan." Under frozen media conditions, the pipes will not crack.
