I. Product Features:
1. Our newly developed Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) large containers are a recent innovation from our company. To address challenges such as difficult transportation and restrictions on length and width, we have newly developed on-site winding equipment. This product features the general characteristics of GRP storage tanks, including lightweight yet high strength, resistance to chemical corrosion, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, low cost, and short manufacturing time.
2. No transportation required, easy installation: Large fiberglass containers are made on-site using the winding method, allowing production equipment to be directly delivered to the site for fabrication and installation, thus solving the problem of difficult transportation for large containers.
3. Large Volume: Wrapping diameter up to 15m, volume up to 2000m².
4. High cylinder strength: Utilizing spiral and hoop winding, it ensures the bidirectional strength and overall performance of the product, addressing the current drawback of large-scale field winding machines in China, which can only perform hoop winding and thus have weak axial strength. This reflects the excellent properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic large containers.
5. Enhanced the overall interlayer shear strength, bending strength, anti-creep characteristics, wind resistance, and seismic resistance of container products.
Section 2: Manufacturing Process:
Computer-controlled, the inner lining layer (e.g., corrosion-resistant layer) is formed on the core mold as required, followed by gel curing. The structural layer is then wrapped according to the designed line pattern and thickness, and the outer protective layer is produced.
III. Market Applications:
Large hydrochloric acid storage tanks, large oil industry storage tanks, large waste water storage tanks for environmental protection, and various large storage tanks for chemical use.
