This series integrates jet aeration coagulation, high-speed jet aeration flotation, light-weight filter material countercurrent filtration, and adsorption methods. It has passed comprehensive treatment and environmental protection assessments by various mechanical processing plants, chemical departments, food, railway, papermaking, leather manufacturing, and residential wastewater treatment facilities, as well as environmental protection departments, meeting all standards for discharge requirements.

Section 3: Machine Features
Proven through practical application, this product exhibits the following characteristics when compared to similar domestic products:
1. The automatic proportioning and tracking of chemical dosing overcomes the shortcomings of relying on experience to control dosing, thereby ensuring the stability of the effluent water quality.
2. Utilizes technology that mixes dissolved air directly with water through jet action in the space atmosphere, eliminating air compressors and preventing noise pollution from compressors; cancels the operation and maintenance of compressors, reducing processing costs, and further enhancing the efficiency of air flotation.
3. The product features a clog-free release mechanism, extending the floatation time, enhancing the floatation effect, and accordingly reducing the dosage of chemicals.
4. The product utilizes a lightweight filter medium for countercurrent filtration, with backwashing achieved through central water intake and swirl flushing of the filter medium, ensuring short yet thorough and clean backwashing. This guarantees stable filtration flow and filtration efficiency.
5. The product utilizes a new dissolved air mechanism, eliminating the traditional dissolved air tank found in conventional air flotation systems. Instead, it incorporates a new dissolved air tube assembly, making operation and installation simpler, more stable, and more reliable.
6. Features comprehensive processing techniques and the unique capability of multi-functionality in one machine. Users can selectively choose and combine different processes according to the standard requirements of recycled water quality, or meet the requirement of drawing water from various discharge outlets.
7. Due to its reasonable design, compact structure, small footprint, low energy consumption, and stable treatment performance, it requires minimal investment and can be implemented quickly, making it an economically ideal wastewater treatment equipment.
