Our independently developed and manufactured molybdenum smelting automatic batching system is primarily used for the automatic feeding, batching, mixing, and packaging of raw materials in the molybdenum iron smelting industry. This system represents the level of automatic batching in the domestic molybdenum smelting industry. It significantly enhances production efficiency, reduces labor intensity, ensures product quality, and improves the working environment for employees.
System Composition
The system is primarily composed of five major parts: the automatic feeding system, the automatic measurement system, the automatic conveying system, the automatic mixing system, and the automatic packaging system.
The material handling system is designed with 10-12 storage bins. The feeding method for the storage bins varies depending on the material, using either a bucket elevator or a steep incline belt conveyor. The molybdenum oxide bin is equipped with a mixing system. All bins are weighing bins, and the system monitors the material level in real-time. Signal transmission is via analog collection, with transmitters directly transmitting analog signals to the PLC analog collection template.
Each storage bin is designed with a weighing hopper for the material's weighing. The weighing hopper's measurement accuracy is better than ±0.3%, achieving ±0.1%.
After the weighing bin has weighed the material, it is unloaded onto the conveyor belt, which transports the material to the mixer. The mixer then starts to blend the material, completing the entire batching process.
