The two-in-one ton bag and small bag feeding station allows for simultaneous ton bag and small bag feeding packaging. It enables materials of various packaging specifications to be fed on the same equipment, featuring a small footprint and a lightweight overall structure. Compared to traditional feeding equipment, this unit offers the following advantages:
1) Can accommodate bulk ton bags and various small bag sizes for feeding.
2) The equipment uses a bag pressing form. When loading in ton bags, first press the outer bag of the ton bag tightly against the equipment, then unbag internally at the feeding port. After unbagging is complete, close the unbagging opening to prevent dust from escaping.
3) Equipped with a dust collection system that returns collected dust to the feeding station, reducing dust leakage during the feeding process and thereby avoiding material waste.
4) The equipment features an auxiliary unloading (tapping) function. When the material in the ton bag is insufficient, the auxiliary unloading is activated, which can reduce the feeding time.
5) Equipped with a grate internally to prevent foreign objects and large pieces of material from entering during the feeding process.
6) Equipped with an auxiliary unloading device at the bottom, ensuring all materials within the feeding station are transferred to the downstream equipment.
7) The equipment can also be equipped with a barcode misplacement device to prevent operators from making material feeding errors, facilitating overall integration and control with other automated equipment.
8) Foot wheels can be installed at the base for easy mobility of the equipment.
Ⅰ. Working Principle
The material dust generated during feeding is drawn into the filtration system by the negative pressure created by a centrifugal blower or exhaust pipeline, separating the material from the air and preventing the dust from spreading and contaminating the surrounding environment, as well as protecting the operator's health.
