* Single material accuracy: ±2g, ±5g, ±10g (Accuracy to consider environmental factors, material particle uniformity, and material characteristics, etc.)
Approximately 50 batches per hour (mainly related to the ratio of raw materials, weighing weight, and precision).
This system can be equipped with a turntable conveyor, which is more conducive to the continuity of weighing.
* Optional with portable small dust collector for easy cleaning of the weighing platform.
* The PLC program can achieve the function of controlling the speed of raw material feeding.
* Set batch, formula, speed, and other related parameters through a human-machine interface.
* Automatically generates daily and monthly cumulative usage of various raw materials, as well as equipment alarm information, with searchable and printable features.
