Product Overview:
The unboxing machine consists of components such as an artificial unloading bin, grating, lower bin, pressure-resistant feeding platform, vibrator, filtration system, dust collection system, and reverse-blowing air bags. (Customizable according to customer's functional requirements.) The equipment has a high degree of automation, effectively saving labor resources and reducing labor costs for the enterprise.
The automatic unscrambling machine is used to empty or separate single-layer or multi-layer material bags. These bags can be paper bags, polyethylene bags, paper bags coated with polyethylene, woven plastic bags, or woven plastic bags coated with polyethylene. Material bags can be fed into the machine's inlet manually, by a robotic arm, or via a conveyor belt, where a dust collector hood is placed. The bags slide off the conveyor belt into the cutting device, which consists of two groups of eight 350mm diameter circular blades, cutting the material into strips. Damaged bags and their contents then slide down a chute into the sorting unit. As the cylindrical screen rotates, the bags drop to the bottom, being completely emptied. The paddle blades inside the cylindrical screen repeatedly lift the empty bags, ensuring complete separation from the material. Inclined blades assist in moving the bags to the exit of the cylindrical screen, where they slide into the pre-assembled waste bag collection unit.
